What if I receive more signals per month than are included in my plan?

We'll send you an email informing you that your number of signals is more than included in the plan. That's it.

If you exceed the number of signals for two months in a row, we kindly ask you to upgrade to a bigger plan.

What if I suddenly get a huge spike in users?

We will not upgrade your plan automatically, and we will not charge more from you without your consent.

Sudden spikes are to be expected every now and then, that's why we have the two-months-in-a-row rule.

Will I lose signals if I don't upgrade?

We will always accept all signals your apps send to us, and store them safely.

If you receive more signals than are included in your plan, we might disable some aggregation features, but once you upgrade, all signals are available.

What if I just want to evaluate TelemetryDeck?

Welcome, check us out however long you like! Just create a free account and try out everything, no credit card required. If you like the service, you can upgrade to a paid account later. If it's not for you, just remove the SDK from your apps.

Can I evaluate TelemetryDeck with my Very Large App?

Yes please! Regardless of the number of signals you send, you still get to try out everything for free for 1 month. If you have more than, say, a million users, maybe drop us a line so we can keep an eye on the servers.
