Claude skill and plugin
TelemetryDeck customers can now tap into a Claude Code plugin with intuitive slash commands, a lightweight CLI (tdq), and a progressive-disclosure TQL reference.
The result: Claude can answer plain-English analytics questions directly against your real data, without you having to think about query plumbing.
This Claude Code plugin is a project of Anton Genkin, a member of the TelemetryDeck community. Thanks a lot!

Export for AI is a TelemetryDeck feature that helps you become even more productive when looking for the importan optimization steps within your product.
TelemetryDeck’s “Export for AI” feature lets you ask plain-English questions about your app’s analytics without learning TQL by exporting a JSON file with your app’s event structure and a Markdown TQL guide, then feeding both into an AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT.
The AI uses this context to generate accurate, ready-to-use queries against your real data, helping you quickly explore funnels, feature usage, or drop-offs. Because only structural metadata is shared and no personal data is included, the workflow stays privacy-safe while making advanced analytics accessible without query-language expertise.

TelemetryDeck MCP
TelemetryDeck will soon introduce a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, bringing your analytics directly into AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT—without exports, copy-pasting, or manual setup.
With MCP, your AI assistant can securely access your TelemetryDeck workspace in real time. That means you can ask questions like “Where do users drop off in onboarding?” or “Which features are growing fastest this week?” and get instant, data-backed answers grounded in your actual analytics.
Unlike traditional workflows, MCP removes the gap between question and insight. No query language. No intermediate steps. Just a direct line from your product data to the answers you need.
Built with TelemetryDeck’s privacy-first approach, the MCP integration ensures that only non-personal, aggregated data is accessible, maintaining the same strict standards you rely on today.
Coming soon: a faster, more natural way to explore your analytics—powered by AI, designed for developers, and grounded in privacy.
