For the purposes of this survey, iOS also includes iPadOS, so this data is from iPads as well as iPhones. However, other spin-offs of iOS such as tvOS or watchOS are not included in this chart.

Some interesting observations are:
- After its launch in September 2024 iOS 18 has by far become the version with the highest share. It was at 79.83% at the end of January 2025.
- iOS 17 was the version with a very dominant share of 87.70% as of end of August 2024. It has dropped to 14.45% as of end of January 2025.
