iOS iPad Models Market Share in 2026

This chart shows the top 10 models of iOS iPads for each week in the last year. Values are percentages.

Some interesting observations are:

• The iPad (9th generation)(WiFi) had the highest share with over 28% at the end of November 2025. During December the model's share decreased considerably and was at around 21% at the end of the month. In the beginning of 2026 the share increased again to 26.40% at the end of February. This may be caused by characteristics of our dataset and not be representative of an overall phenomenon.
• iPad (11th generation) (WiFi) has seen a considerable increase over the last months. After entering the most used devices in May 2025 it had the second highest share at around 23.50% as of the end of November 2025. After a further increase to around 25% in December, it was the model with the highest share at the end of the year. Its share remained stable in January and February 2026. It was again the second most used device in our data though as the share of the iPad (9th generation)(WiFi) increased in 2026 as stated above.
• As of end of February 2026 the iPad (10th generation) (WiFi) had the third highest share with 20.92%.
