iOS iPad Models Market Share in 2025

This chart shows the top 10 models of iOS iPads for each week in the last year. Values are percentages.

Some interesting observations are:

• As of end of January 2025 iPad (9th generation)(WiFi) has become the model with the highest share again with 23.25%. This is pretty similar to the roughly 23% it had at the beginning of 2024.
• The iPad (10th generation) (WiFi) was the model with the second highest share with 23.21% after it had seen a notable increase in 2024 including a jump during the christmas season and was the most used version at the end of 2024. The share of the two aforementioned models was pretty much equal in January 2025 though.
• The iPad Air (5th generation)(WiFi) still had the third highest share with 10.56% at the end of January, but that is a decrease of over 6.5% to the start of 2024.
